Couldnt sign in, using saved password, tried to reset, message said link expired, even though link was created just a few seconds previously!

Slow website generally. Sparse product description /specs to point of uselessness (long standing issue - they won’t fix it). Terrible UI, even worse operation (lack of) inside store. Positives- staff, helpfulness, hours, catalogue

Company a total joke...cant log incant do nothing works on mobile but then get kicked out every time with error code...and to finish it off they wont answer phone or reply to message us...
