can't pay my bill. The "submit" buttons are dark. When you try to set up autopay, the only button that lights up is "cancel". So no way to submit information. "One time payment" button is also dark and unresponsive. Can't even bring that page up.

I just got this insurance recently so I finally to decide to call the holiness yesterday and ask a few questions. While she answered all my basic questions, she did almost refer me to the website immediately for any questions. She stated all the information I need about my account would be answered there. So I made an account yesterday and of course it's having technical issues. So I started looking to see if this I an ongoing issue and apparently I should just uninstall the app. Cmon, do better, surely with all the money the company is raking in they could hire a knowledgeable team to design, keep everything up to date, and by the looks of these comments, keep it up and running. That is all, sorry for the rant just glad to know it's not me and my newness to Aetna

No way to get my Member ID #

I cannot access some of my coverage using my Policy #. Trying to access areas of their website and Telehealth services through their requires a member ID #. I was never given one, my card only has my policy #. They say to look at the Welcome letter, the explanation of Benefits page, and a third document to find this number. I have gone through two years of these documents with a fine-tooth comb and find no such number. I haven't been to a medical doctor other than an opthamologist for two and a half years. My agent did not return my email.

I haven't received my physical member ID cards yet, but my insurance is supposed to start today. I registered for an account. However, it won't let me log in. I have tried to contact Aetna, and they keep requiring my Member ID number, which I cannot access.

I can't access anything. I sent them an email and the response was "we don't deal with that, call support". Called support and they passed me off to IT, but, amazingly it sounded like the same squealy voiced Asian girl. It's been down for months and they know it, they just won't admit it. I'm changing insurance.

Website is unreliable. Cant access 2 entries on web page. Got directed to an e-tech when I said there was a tech problem and related the info on the phone as seen with a code. Asked me to try 3 browers. Tried all three. Told me I should use Google Chrome. I REFUSE TO SUBSCRIBE TO CHROME. I have updated browsers and never had problems with sites like I have with Aetna. Maybe its time to change insurance carriers. When trying to fix myself through Google browser, I see many others have had problems since 2019.
