Alright, it's STILL happening I wasn't able to log in this month or last month. Why is this happening? I have a few theories, such as their having a difficult time keeping everything up because usually you need to have ads in order to get money while keeping things free, and since we have the option of not having them its a bit tricky and also the fact that it sometimes glitches and gives you nothing is another thing. But the thing is, animal jam gets alot money, and to be honest they don't need more unless their doing good deeds for the unfortunate which I kind of doubt that, they expect to get money from KIDS and this generation is really something, it wouldn't be surprising if a kid threw a tantrum over not getting membership, the group behind animal jam is quite big and they get lots of money, but what exactly do they do with that money?

What the hell is going on? So I couldn’t log in a few days ago and it went on for a couple days. I could log in yesterday, but not again today. Same something went wrong issue. They said it’s not them, but “my access to the game” and wouldn’t elaborate further. They messaged me today and said they updated their game and to download the latest version, but their website is down too..? so there’s literally no way to fix this issue other than waiting it seems. This has been happening WAY WAY too long

MANY people are having problems with animal jam, like being unable to install it, log in, and more, it seems like this year won't be animal jam's year of glory if this keeps up, Last Sunday I was able to log in but now its back to not working, this absolutely needs to be fixed because they are very much NOT slowly losing players, even if I barely care for the game does not mean I want to never want to be able to play it again, I don't want to lose progress or lose the friends I made along the way.

okay i dont know when it started, but about two weeks ago or so my animal jam got offloaded from my laptop and when i tried to redownload, i kept getting hit with “error installing, may need to redownload installer” blah blah. its been days. its been weeks. i have redownloaded the installer so many times. ive even updated my laptop, and still get the same response. im assuming at this point it just has something to do with the game and site itself, but im really frustrated about it. why am i paying for a monthly membership when half of this entire month i couldnt even sign in :(

Okay this is happening for WAY too long and it needs to stop, First off this has been happening ever since new years was starting if it was just a coincidence it probably would have stopped by now, but this might go on for either the rest of the month or the rest of the year, it's unusual how many people this is happening to, it needs to be fixed unless ajhq just doesn't care about their players anymore which wouldn't be very surprising from how much money they expect to get from kids, either people are being wrongly punished or ajhq just doesn't care for their community anymore.

When I try to log in it loads and loads while doing nothing I'm pretty much having the same issue as others except I don't get the "something went wrong" message but I'm glad I'm not the only one cause my friend told me there were hackers around lately and I was a bit concerned, mainly because if I had gotten hacked I'd lose progress, friends, gifts and art and while I do think aj is kinda a trashy game i'd at least play it to see the people who wait for me to come online, hopefully its fixed quickly because if it doesn't get fixed at all alot of people will lose things including me.

Worst service I think I’ve ever experienced in a game. Constantly crashing and glitching, membership isn’t even worth it in my opinion. If you try to contact support, you will probably just get automated responses. You also have to pay for a lot of in game items in order to get the full game experience. As far as suspensions and bans go, moderators usually ban and suspend people who don’t deserve it, we rarely see the people who bypass chat filters getting suspended or banned. Animal Jam needs a new team ASAP because many players are leaving the game. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the game is pretty fun if you can afford membership. you can trade with other players, chat with other players, customize your own den, etc. I would say these are some of the best things about Animal Jam, however in recent months they’ve made membership prices higher, trading sometimes doesn’t work and can lead to scamming (which Animal Jam will not give you back any items if you’ve been scammed), chat has become really strict and won’t allow players to say totally appropriate things, sometimes they will even suspend or ban the player in question, whereas if someone else bypasses the chat filter and says something inappropriate, they rarely get suspended or banned. Also, both the clothing and den inventories have a limit as to how many items you can have. Overall, would not recommend this game. To be frank, Animal Jam is money grabbing their fan base, a majority of them being children. I would definitely not recommend this game.

i logged out to refresh due to lag and I am receiving the "something went wrong :(" message. i tried restarting my computer, changing my password, deleting and reinstalling aj classic, and disconnected my wifi and connected it again. nothing seems to be working. its reassuring to know I'm not the only one this is happening to.

First of all hackers and nasty people are a problem and animal jam admins won't do anything about them, secondly you have people with serious mental problems leading packs that's constantly annoying all the time. when you ask for someone to correct a person who is saying bad stuff in chat, they ignore you. Reports get ignored by admin. And there are too many dead account making the servers too full.

AJPW Is Still Down

As of 12/20/23 It has been over 1 week and I can't get on AJPW from any platform. The front screen comes on where it will stay for hours. The music doesn't even play. For Anyone having issues

For anyone having issues logging in, this is definitely something on AJ’s side. You might be getting the 403 forbidden issue that multiple people were getting months ago. This basically means that AJ has denied you access to the website for some unknown reason. The best thing to do is contact Aj and see if they help. They usually do, but sometimes they don’t. It usually goes away within a month, but I’ve heard of some people not being able to login at all. AJ really needs to get their stuff together at this point, people are unable to play.

Strong wifi connection, restarted launcher, etc.

Notes: This happened to me before, around the same time a day or so ago. Same error message. Seems like it's the same for other players in this thread. Does AJC have maintenance hours or something? I was also having trouble logging in 2 accounts when 1 was already in session. After being logged out it seems as though I can't login whatsoever regardless of account.

I don't know what's going on. It just loads forever. I tried resetting my phone, deleting and reinstalling app, as well as. Clearing the cache and all that stuff. I was finally able to log on with a VPN, like NordVPN (it's not blocked on my wifi so idk) and my buddies that are usually on daily haven't joined for a few days. Now all the VPNs I came find arnt working for AJ. And my wifi is perfect. I'm not sure what to do
