Down in Seattle and surrounding areas. I was out doing a DoorDash delivery when it went out. Had to drive 40 minutes back home to connect to wifi to mark it as delivered. Went from no bars to full bars throughout my drive, but never getting network registration. Hacker forum guys think it's a cyber attack.

Here in Phoenix our 5 lines are not working & our sons girlfriend is here & her phone is also AT&T on a completely separate plan and hers isn't working either!!! AT&T Internet is now in it's 3rd day of no service at the houses in our area, with no explanation and no information on when we can expect service to be restored. So aggravating! For a communications company, they don't communicate well at all. We've had outages for 5 days before and they never offer any credit on the bill for lack of service. AT&T service outage Oakwood/Gainesville, Hall County GA. Says there is a fiber issue. Internet went down at 12pm on 11/25/2023. They keep pushing the time to repair by 6 hours at a time. It has been 4 days since my network coverage disappeared. No communication from ATT, they're gaslighting users telling them everything is fine. I'm missing work calls, texts, cant even access the support app because the network wont support any data.

Dealing with problems for 7 months. Hours on the phone and no consistent answers and NO answers. Constant dropped calls and no coverage. How can they promote a service when it does not exist? Constantly sent to a different department who has a different reason, constantly jumping thru hoops (what is the number, have you rebooted, let's reset the sim card, there's only 1 tower , there's several towers, so you want to end contract?). No I want this to work! Call loyalty, oh, that #doesn't exist any more. Oh this department only deals with termination, or financial. Oh that is technical. Who are you? What is your passcode? Let me talk to my supervisor. I'm going to transfer you to..... that department is only here weekdays. I'm still waiting for that department to answer. I'm sorry, I know you're frustrated. No, I'm furious, I cannot make business calls during the day when I need them to work!!! Oh I can save you money, blah, blah blah. Yes that is a different plan with even less service, but it will save you money. Let me send a tech out, but charge you. The fiber we installed ineeds upgrading, but we will charge you to do that and will continue to charge you for services that do not work, until you spend more, with no guarantee this will help..

In Illinois we have been without internet and cable since December 22nd at around 3am. When I called was told our whole subdivision was out. They ran a test and sent out a technician. Everything is fine at my end. Was told that we should be up and running by The evening of December 24th and that miracle never happened. It is now December 26th and I am being told it will be up and running within 48 to 72 hours. Then they have the nerve 2 text me a message stating that my bill is due. What a joke!

AT&T internet has been out since Thursday night. 8:00 a.m. on Friday they said it would be fixed within 7 or 8 hours. That time went by. Then they said the first outage was reported at 7:00 p.m. and it would be fixed within 24 hours. That went right on by. Then they changed their mind and said the first outage was at 10:30 p.m. and it would be fixed within that 24 hours. That time went right on by. Then I couldn't find any information at all. AT&T's website does not work. Absolutely zero information being given. Then spoke to somebody at 1:00 p.m. and they described very specifically what was wrong with it and said it was 80% repaired and would be completely repaired within 2 to 4 hours. 14 hours later I talked to somebody again who told me that nobody told me anytime that it would be fixed. I must be making that up. Then they said it's typical for it to be 48 hours. Then they hung up on me. Then a second person hung up on me. And the third person told me that they cannot start working on this problem until the massive storm passes by. So that means the person that earlier told me that it was 80% fixed was lying. They admitted nobody was working on the problem. They basically really don't care at all. It's not the outage that upsets me. We all understand that things like that happen. What upsets me is the way that they've been handling it and the customer service is really bad. I'm leaving AT&T tomorrow. They've done nothing but lie.
