Aus Super hacked!!

Aus Super website is down. No wonder, after the report today (04/04/25) of numerous super funds (incl AusSuper) being hacked and money taken!
Super fund trustees as usual have not looked after their members funds since the people running the funds don't seem to be liable for the stuff ups they are responsible for.

Cant login - didnt forget password
Change password and login works
Later that same day ... cant login or change password.
Not the first time it happened. Never found out why even though I opened a ticket. Im done - going to move my money elsewhere!

Have been trying to access super since before December 2023 via website... Was told to try again the next day. Been over 2 months now and it's still the same nonsense.

Website is so poor. When will they actually test updates before exposing their customers to crap development. The CIO needs their butt kicked really hard, or maybe resign, one tech issue after another. Really not good enough for the very large salary paid to them.

Ongoing issues with Australian Super Website

This is the 3rd time Australian Super have delayed my request to have some of my funds withdrawn. The website would not allow me to complete the request through the website. I contacted the fund and was advised to resort to the archaic method of printing off the form and submit. Day 2 and no resolution. Not able to upload to site and request yet again delaying my request

Australian Super Website disgusting..

Absolutely had enough with the new login system. Absolutely unprofessional. where as initially it was so easy to navigate, etc. You will be losing a lot of customers (if you haven't already) we are going to cancel this week if I can actually get through to someone!

cannot log in, refreshes twice then back to beginning screen. Australian super really need to work on their website it is plagued with issues, now we cant even log in!
