Apps will not launch.

Bluestacks 4 launcher loads and opens, but when trying to open an app it just sits with a black screen for a few seconds, and then returns me to the selection screen and becomes unresponsive.

It's offline? but im online, when i first noticed it yesterday, i was like "what", i checked my router a couple times, and back to my pc, turns out my bluestacks is down, and i cant play online, but you CAN download some games (w/ slow speed bc of the bluestack's server down tho), i wanna get back online or else... ill miss the damn 7 day row gifts in my fav game D:

Right now especially over the last few weeks 50% of the time when I click on something I’m thrown out. Then I have to double click on Solitaire TriPeaks and I come back in and everything is moving really slowly and I wait for it to calm down and then I click on something and it starts to open and I have hope but then I’m kicked off. It’s not my computer because I have no issues with any other game or Netflix or Hulu or Amazon or anything. When blue stacks needs updating they alert me when I open it up. I don’t know how to update it other than that way, if that is the problem.
Do you have any solutions? Is there a way for me to update without waiting for blue stacks to ask me to update and giving me an update button?
