Horrible customer service. They removed the option to talk to a real person and so I've waited an hour and a half because their website and their app is broken and I can't redeem the stuff I'm supposed to be able to redeem for free

Keeps saying user doesnt exist on BOTH my emails yet when i try to create an account with both emails it states "welcome back please sign in" theres no forgot password button on the website or app what is going on!

Fed up

I installed the app on my new phone and tried to sign into my account and message kept saying the code I entered doesn't match the code we sent and I don't know how it couldn't since it's the one they just sent me and finally they said after because too many failed attempts to sign in please try again later and I did wait and after 2 tries that message popped up again and something is wrong with the codes and links because the links for app doesn't work either only sign me in the website not the app.

If I could use 0 stars I would!!! Positively THE WORST fast food app there is! NEVER can finish a transaction through payment, and it can take up to 15 minutes to get thru the screens, IF if ever does. I'm ready to boycott BK for good! No sense in using the app when it does not work!

Tried to complete a mobile order today. Finally got the items selected that i wanted and the order was on the app and all totaled up but when the continue button showed up and i pressed it, a blank screen kept showing up. I tried several times with no luck. Finally a message showed up saying "Bummer" and that the problem was on their end. So, I went to Wendy's and their app worked fine. BK - i suggest you develop an app that works better.

Tried 4 times to log in to get my $.37 Whopper. I was sent an email with my code. The app kept advising the code was wrong. If a company runs a promotion to get more business, it backfires when you don't do it right. I decided to buy something anyway so I went in store and waited more than 10 minutes and never acknowledged by any staff who just stood looking at screen. All I got was butt service, or anything but service.
