Frustrating - profile not approved - site wide issue they say

Site will not approve my profile. They say it's a site wide issue on their end. Frustrating. Cannot call - only chat. One profile was approved, but the other one wasn't....still waiting. Also, messages are not coming through consistently. Wish there was another website for finding work as housekeeper, caregiver.

Trying to access site but get error code: “429 too many requests” and then underneath it says “nginx

I was really excited to try the concept of this website, until I tried for the past couple days on and off every so often to try to actually do anything with it. At first the first page would at least load. Now not even that will load. I only get the message “429 too many requests” and then underneath it says “nginx”. I don’t know what that even means! I’m not that great with technology. Does anyone else know? Anyways, I’m pretty much done with this site seeing as everyone is saying this is an ongoing problem. I don’t need that kind of headache. It keeps asking not me to update my payment information as I am already have about 10 times. I can’t send a follow up message to someone that I applied with. I have type up the same email 3 or 4 times and when I get done there is no send button. When speaking with customer support they ask for a screenshot of my problem which makes me lose my connection with them and then I have to start all over with the chat.

The app is very glitchy and not at all convenient for meeting families. Also, a 10% fee for online payments is ridiculous.

I have been trying for months. I can't log in, I know my password, cant find any help to get logged in and it won't send me any info to my email from messages left. I guess I have to contact my CC and just stop payments. I was not looking to cancel but don't have a choice

I was thinking about my previous post and I'm actually just going to contact my credit card company and have them reverse the charge. I'm not letting this bs company take my money and then lock me out of my own acct with no way of even contacting support. To hell with that! If anyone is having similar issues, I suggest you do the same. Tell your credit card company that you would like to file a dispute and they will reverse the charge and put a stop to any future pmts. I know this because I work for a credit card company. Best of luck to you all!

I regret signing up with Care.com. I can't even log into my account! There is no f'n phone number to call and you can only utilize the chat support if you are logged it! At this point, I don't even want this bs site anymore. I just want to deactivate my acct and be done with it. What a waste of money! So pissed.

They charge without permission, their site is inaccessible and I have paid for my care check but can’t get to my profile or messages or anything for that matter. There’s no way to leave phone messages like there use to be and they’re not responding to complaints.

When I try to login, it says that site redirected too many times. I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers on my computer and my phone. Pretty sure the site is stuck in a redirect loop and it's been like this for at least a couple days

The first issue I had was with care.com was the app, it wouldnt let me fix my profile without adding the number of Miles i was willing to travel. Now I get to the website, and im finally able to change the number of miles I want to travel, and I cannot change my profile. It's a decent app/website with a pretty design, but I keep running issues with it. Please please let this be fixed. This going to lose a lot of clients and money. 6/29/2022

Everytime i try to look for a job the site goes down within 2-3 seconds..been doing it all day. I cleared the cache, uninstalled app & reinstalled, but it still doing it!
