Chewy website extremely slow. basically not usable. This has pretty much been the case for the last 6+ months. Why don't they hire some descent web developers? I've tried multiple browsers and I'm not having similar problems with other website! ????

FRUSTRATING!

It's really frustrating to have to call them because of sign in problems! All I get after I click the sign in is 2 icons one for google and the other apple logos! I've tried all the possible links to sign in and the same page comes up for each.

Literally cannot navigate, when i sign in it keeps asking me to sign in, will not show me what is in cart, will not let me select an item or enter any terms in the search field. Have wasted at least fifteen minutes so far today and pissed off

I can get into my account to look around, but when I go into my autoship it's always "Page Error: 400." I've even tried a different browser. Same thing. This has been going on for weeks.

oops there seems to be a "banking" issue

I'm getting an "oops something went wrong" error. I cleared the cache and reset my password but got the same error so I spoke to customer service. They found a second account under my phone number with some other random item in the cart, which made us suspect the bank had gotten some questionable charges and declined any further transactions with Chewy. I am still looking into this, but it would be the second time this has happened with their website. The representative set the imposter account to "inactive" and asked me to contact my bank.

I used to be an ardent supporter of Chewy.com, extolling its virtues to everyone. Now I am disppointed and disgusted that it is almost impossible to log in, and this has been going on for weeks. Chewy is doing nothing about it except to tell me to "clear the cache", and that doesn't work either. If you can't get your act together, I will be buying from WalMart. I can log in to their website.

Same issues as everyone else

Same as other comments ... I cannot adjust my autoship and when I try, get booted onto an order screen that takes up about 1/4 of the screen and is too tiny to read besides doesn't work. It gets stuck and I have to log out, log back in, it takes forfreakin ever to upload only to have the same issues repeatedly happen.

Buggy website

I love the money I can save at Chewy, but their website is awful and super buggy. If one page isn't taking forever to load, then another page is saying, "Secure Connection Failed," then when I try to order something, the screen doesn't load, or when I try to pay, it says "Something went wrong, please try again." This company REALLY needs to update or fix their website. It's a nightmare to navigate and to even order something off of.

I can’t log in. I don’t know what my password is and tried resetting it but Chewy never emailed me the password reset. Tried getting password reset email a dozen times and checked my spam folder but I never got the email. I’m very frustrated at this point. ;(

June 25th I put in an order & got email order acknowledgement. I can log into my Chewy account and see my order showing "preparing for shipment" (which it still shows today June 29) but can not access tracking. I tried CHAT but it won't connect. I tried calling their customer service number but the call doesn't go thru (doesn't even ring). What's going on?
