Login Issues

Trying to login and don't recognize my user name nor password. When prompeted to change my password, I went to the whole process ( including validating phone call ) and at the end they just indicate me : "we cannot update your password due to techincal difficulties"

I have been locked out of my online and mobile account for two days. I tried to send my landlord the rent through Zelle and have been locked out ever since. They build their systems in India to cut cost. The end result is this kind of systems that break all the time and created frustrated customers. Of course I will avoid using citi products in the future.

Currently cannot log in with my password and when it kicks me to the page to authenticate the card information to update the password, it says neither of my cards are recognized in their system. Tried to call customer service and after four menus to listen through, finally got to my issue, and after pressing the option, I get that they can't help with password issues except for online, WTF... online is the issue! Now sitting in the online chat queue now waiting for tech support.

online.citi.com has the worse signing architecture. It throws an error that is temporarily unavailable. There customer support sucks amd ridiculously poor service. I have sent several messages and got no response. I called in twice – the agents who attend the calls have no sense of customer service.

They have no idea how to understand the trouble... no information on when is this problem going to get resolved? They don’t have any idea other than ‘Sorry sir’ Everything is by the books and written scripts. They don’t care to understand my problem.

I will have to decide to shut down my Citi account and move everything over to another bank if this doesn’t get resolved.

I was able to access my account, early this morning, EDT, but I wasn't able to sign off. I was uncomfortable leaving it opened online, so I called a number I found online. App & Website not working. Won't recognize correct sign in & password. Even tried to retrieve password says card # & SS doesn't match.

Cannot log in to website. Called number on back of card. Didn't recognize my card number. Dialed "0" and no one would answer and call automatically hung up. Not good.
