Terrible service

Sunday, March 19’th, 2023. ctfs.com will not load. I’ve been trying for 3 days. I’ve tried on my i-pad, my pc and my phone (using data). I’ve cleared my cookies and successfully flushed my dns cache. Page still won’t load. I called customer service and they said the site is down for maintenance. Pathetic……

CTFS Can't do IT

Problem entirely on their end. As was mentioned before, it's their regional DNS that is the issue. Rather than pushing the flush through they are letting it "resolve organically" - cowboys (and lazy ones at that). If you are desperate to access your account use a VPN, like NordVPN (literally easier to get to ctfs.com from Russia than some Canadian IP addresses!) or if you don't have a VPN you can try using your phone as a hotspot. That's all I've got. I will no longer be trusting these inept numpties with my credit score.

DNS on regional servers - they seem to have this issue a lot. Try a VPN, like NordVPN or flushing your DNS cache
