Cyberghost Dashboard.... inaccurate and unhelpful.

"You have been Automatically logged out, as youhave removed this device from your acocunt" yet I had not removed my laptop device from the account. I removed the app then reinstalled it and it said that I had used up all my available added devices, which is entirely inaccurate. I can log into my account via the webpage but the app still won't log in and let me use the VPN, like NordVPN . 17:02HRS 10 May 2024.

I have been disconnected from all my devices and can'log back... Also the website is very slow, although I could login the website and see that in theory my account is ok, but I cannot login in the VPN, like NordVPN app

that was a couple of hours ago - just had email with link to update pasword - done

Unable to log into CyberGhost

I was able to get logged onto MY ACCOUNT and even tried to download a new Update. The Update went trough but nothing changed it still said I was logged out and that I had used up all my available added devices.

Cyberghost not working today

I have been trying for about 3 hours to get Cyberghost to load in Windows 11. I tried re-installing twice and resetting my network adapter. I did start to work all of a sudden but still cannot access my account info. Getting the list of servers is also either not working or very slow. From a previous post sounds like they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Been with Cyberghost for many years and this is the first time I have had any problem.

Contacted support and apparently they are aware of this issue and its known to them. Hope this is fixed soon this is very frustrating...

This is bulls*it though, my internet connection is fine.
Whereas on th eonline website, I've gotten all sorts of nonsesne like eternally loading pages, 502 Bad Gateway, Gateway Time-out, Page doesn't exist. Literally every possible sort of crap. Re-installed program didn't help.
