trapped in a maze

step 1. I got a text message saying there was a problem with my parcel, and a link. No order ID, no details, no info. I try the link, it leads to "Dangerous webpage", not to be tried.

step 2. I get same text message again, do nothing as I know it leads nowhere.

step 3. I get a different text message saying my parcel has been banned on all platforms - plus new link. It also says I need to update my data. I try new link, it says I need to pay customs duty of EUR 3.99. I attempt to pay, it directs me to Apple Pay then freezes, sum is not deducted, nothing happens.

By this time I have spent more than an hour of my life trying to sort this out.

I try parcel tracking, it demands a 10 digit ID, I have an 11 digit ID which the website gave me as Order No. when I typed in my email. Nothing happens.

I feel like a rat in a maze, each avenue is a dead end, none of it makes sense and my time is precious, I am 54, I only have a few decades left to live, I don't want to be wasting hours of that time trying to figure out a disfunctional website. I am furious.

DHL being honest?

DHL CUSTOMER SERVICES JUST TOLD US THAT THEIR SYSTEM HAS BEEN DOWN FOR DAYS. THAT'S WHY THEY'RE NOT DELIVERING PARCELS AND WHY EMAILS NOT GETTING UPDATED ????
