The portal has been down for a couple days now. Earlier this morning or was it yesterday it said maintenance from Friday to Saturday. Well it’s Sunday and the website is still down. ???? if anyone can explain what’s going on here or have a different way to login using different devices please let us know.

Assistance please

Me and dozens of people cannot log into the timesheet portal todo our timesheets in a timely manner . I was on the phone on and off a few times trying to get the assistance calling.. I was #274 on Q . And was never reached . The call would hang up. No way of connecting with anyone higher? I didn't even receive a friendly reminder through a email or call to reassure that it was going to be resolved. I have bills to pay . Can someone please help???.

The website is always having problems allowing me to check in and out for my clients. I have used my phone with the app, my laptop and tablet. I have had issues with the actually website as well when trying to check in!! This is frustrating when I'm trying to get my duties started.
