Can't checkout

Trying to sign in to check out and the sign-in page is broken. It's not rejecting the password or giving any error message- it just loads and stops loading and you can't click on anything. It's the same on the website AND the app.

App is garbage to begin with. If I'm logged in to place an order why do I need to be redirected to legacy to log in again? Of course it won't load, page is white. Of I can even get the page to load the sign in button will highlight but won't go any further. And of course you can't report a glitch on the actual app.

Issues with site

Trying to add to cart and check out and when it goes to the legacy page , nothing happens. Also on one site where you sign in I enter all correct information but then it blocks our the sign in button so I can't go any further

Absolutely the worst app and website

I'm so exhausted of food lions bs not working. Today is the only day of the month I can do my grocery order and get it picked up. Can't sign in. Can't checkout. Took my 19.00 shop and earn rewards. They claim they get returned when order fails but that's 100% a lie. This is the 4th time it's taken my rewards and food lion still hasn't given them back to me.

10/16/23 4am Food Lion website still not working. Food Lion's website has had issues ever since i started using it about 3 years ago. They need to hire an expert to redesign their website once and for all. Spend the money Food Lion, you're losing business because people like me can't order online for pickup or delivery. This is getting extremely frustrating!!!!!!! I am disabled and have difficulty walking to get into the store to shop.

Keeps saying session expired refresh page.Both on phone and computer. Also my Foodlion card was signed out on Instacart.It won't let me sign in either . Just keep saying session expired. Refresh page.

Keeps telling me my session has expired -please hit continue to refresh. It never stops doing that! Can't log in, can't look at the weekly ad, can't get past it to put anything you already know you want into a cart- nothing. Very irritating!

Unable to log into "Shop Online". Site allows me to log in but when I go to "Shop Online" to place an order, it doesn't recognize that I'm already logged in. Crappy, poorly designed, poorly maintained website. Unreliable, product of an incompetent site hosting company. Can't login (hourglass goes forever).
