Payment portion of the site seems to be down

I have been trying to pay an FPL bill online all day. Other parts of the website are accessible, but no matter what route I take to the bill pay page, all I get is an eternally spinning circle.

Every month paying the FPL bills online is a nightmare. I have two accounts and if I'm lucky, I manage to pay one before I just get the spinning wheel of eternity.... C'mon, FPL -- you're a major energy company, you should take the time to FIX YOUR G*****M website!

The only time I've been able to access the website, was to set up my account. Ever since, I've consistently received a message stating "the website is having technical difficulties and to try again later".

I am trying to access my FPL account for bill payment. When I click "'pay bill', it takes me to a blank page with this message " Please wait while you are redirected." It also accepts my userid/password and and takes me to the same blank page with the same message. I had the same issue last month while I was trying to pay my May bill. I had to pay by phone. I just switched browsers from Firefox to EDGE. It worked perfectly with Edge. I just paid my bill.

FPL website

I think I found a hole!!! My regular sign-in page sent me to the "frozen" account page for 6 months. I used fpl.com/login and entered (chrome did) login info and it woke up on the account page and everything works. Tried it for a week and reset my landing page to it. So far, about 2 weeks, it has worked! Even the hourly usage!

Very Poor Online Services

FPL site has been pathetically inoperable for many weeks. Meter has also been broken for 3 months. Just getting billing estimates. Called their tech support and they advised a on-line support rep would call me back within the day....never received a call back. Very bad behavior.

I don't know wats up with fpl but I do kno if you try to reset your info to login to the site it just stays on same page and does not update it's either cus on june30 they had a morning tornado watch for South Florida issued or they just have issues equal to cheechand Chong up in smoke air or just general genesi that code very well just like installing a fire department strob light or emergency exit sign in a hospital.im done thank you

Deplorable customer service!

Site loading - perpetually, really, I left it 'loading' for 8 hours. Try to phone customer service? 30 minute MINIMUM wait time. Customer service reps act like you're a space alien, don't know a thing about your problem or account! Have had an insurance claim ticket for property damage active since SEPTEMBER. It's now January - and they still don't know a thing about it... BUT, late with your bill? Too bad. Have an outage? Too bad. Call them to fix something? Too bad.

FPL.com IS CONSTANTLY DOWN, BUFFERING AND UNABLE TO LOAD. This has happened ALL THE TIME and happens on mobile device as well as on computer. Their customer service NEVER answer the phone, LONG WAIT periods!!! I need to make some changes on my account, I CANT get access to it. FPL.com IS CONSTANTLY DOWN, BUFFERING AND UNABLE TO LOAD. This has happened repeatedly over many months and happens on mobile device as well as on computer. I am holding again as I write this ,waiting for "representative will be with you momentarily", NOT. I have been holding for 20 minutes. Both phone and web systems are either challenging or inoperative. I have had my power turned OFF for being behind payment ONE month after my husband died and I was unable to reach FPL. Over multiple days and attempts, I was not able to use Chrome or Safari or the FPL app to pay my bill. I finally gave up trying and had to pay an extra $3 to pay over the phone with a credit card.

I’ve been using the app since Gulf power switched to FPL and today it says no account found with my auto saved credentials. So I went to the website, was able to login but nothing is there. It’s just blank. Everything I click on is the same. How are we supposed to pay? From the comments it’s not just today this has been going on for a few weeks now.

Fpl.com website is not working for me. So I deleted and re-installed it and it came up. Also, it worked fine for me last week for a few days until the Great Pukey Kick happened which essentially corrupted the new phone. I think the weird thing is, the first time the phone rebooted, I got a System Shutdown error (courtesy of mdv23) that stated: Severity: Critical. The Computer (ProLiant Gen9 server) has been shut down. Please restart the computer and access the operating system via the menu. [Unexpectedly causing termination of process – Security restriction]. That's really weird because from my outside, the computer is completely fine!
