Doubled up my entire order

Ordered my weekly order for pickup. The usual cost/amount.Went to pick up my groceries and they doubled every single item and charged my card another hundred dollars. Still hasn’t been fixed. I didn’t do anything different from all 4 years I’ve done pickup there. Very angry.

Access to sign into our account is often showing they are having problems. Store manager tells us other customers are constantly having this issue, too. Customer Service is unable to help and issues Case Numbers with promises a technician will contact us within two days, but no one ever does.

Website and phone apps are a joke

trying to sign into the web site keep getting an error message saying website does not support https:, site is not secure when I click on go to site anyway nothing loads. Has been going on for weeks. If you stop sending out fliers and your website doesn't work, and the phone app closes after looking at four items I'm guessing you just don't want customers.

I'm also getting, "We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers and try again." Disabled AdBlock Plus, Privacy Badger, anti-virus. Same issue. Tried 2 different computers and 2 different browsers (Chrome & Edge) on both computers. Same results. Using both the Fred Meyer app and Chrome on my cell phone works though!

I've tried everything suggested above. I called customer support, they're clueless foreigners that have no idea what I'm talking about, I tried several of them. So I can't order online. Guess it's time to switch to Walmart.
