HTG is down

I work in HTG (hanny to go dept.) Boss called this morning to see if I could come in to shop by hand because the system crashed and all orders had to be printed onto paper.. going to be a long slow day.

Pharmacy down?

Trying to pick up my prescription I need from Auburn me. Pharmacy and they are telling me there is nothing they can do because there system is down and has been since 2:00 pm today. ? What is up with this? Not very professional for a pharmacy that is for sure!

Outage on all systems

On Jan.1, 2024, While working at Hannaford, the system was working normally until around 8:15. At that point, the computer would no longer allow us to log in to see our HTG Shopping lists. We were told It was a Corporate wide outage.

Lost Another Customer

Hannaford Pharmacy has upgraded their website. I no longer have access and it says I have to create a new account. So their upgrade has lost all my information and refill history. I called to get help and regardless of who I spoke to they couldn't help. I have since moved my pharmacy provider to CVS.

I'm repeatedly getting a message that I cannot login to their server. I have called their customer service repeatedly and they don't fix it. They pass my call around to a few tech support staff and say that they'll get back to me, but never do.
