Blank Web page

accessing optum with healthsafe id, login occurs, but screen is weird, there appears to be areas where data should appear, but nothing legible is displayed. Only shadowy areas. ??

United Healthcare error 10002 User Not Eligible

(Error Code:10002) User Not Eligible: We are having trouble finding you in our records. Please check that your entries are correct. Been on the phone now with 4 different agents for almost 3 hours. They have no idea what's wrong.

Garbage user experience

Garbage process blocking access to my HSA. "Something went wrong. Please refresh your browser and try again." Three different browsers, confident of credentials. Just terrible user experience.

Healthsafe ID is always dysfunctional

Healthsafe is awful -- It never works. I have never actually had it work for more than a day after resetting my password. Logging in to Optum is useless.

I have never gotten this to work right unless I call the help line and have them reset it. Then, it may work for a month or so, then say userid pwd don't match (even when I have SAVED it). I've talked w friends and they say it never works for them either, they stopped trying.

Always a problem

I ALWAYS get a blank page when I try to log in. Have cleared browser history, changed search engines, waited and tried later. I can't access plan information, claim status or prescriptions through Optum RX. Really fed up with it.

Healthsafe ID maybe safe but is not user friendly their server down more than up

Healthsafe-id down again per their site and system monitoring status. Seems to be down more than up so we can not log on the http://www.retiree.uhc.com to see my new UHC/IBM Medicare Advantage PPO plan. If it is not a Healthsafe-id problem then its a UHC member sign in software problem, right ?

This has happened multiple times to me. Last week I went through a long browser and password reset process with a helpful UHC Service rep in North Carolina. But today we get/have the same error when trying to sign in this afternoon Jan 2 at, (https://www.medicare.uhc.com/retiree). Sign in Error= (Alert--Something went wrong. Please refresh your browser and try again.) or this error when you try to check your registration. (Error Code:10002) User Not Eligible: We're having trouble finding you in our records. Please check that your entries match the information on your health insurance ID card.

This has to be a better way, I signed in at the same site no problem on Saturday and earlier today which should show up in UHC software event log, but I can not sign in now.
