Problem ordering

HEB internal server problems, yes they are out!

October 02 at 3:00pm - Bay City, TX
HEB Pharmacy system is completely down. Their phone system just came online about 10 minutes ago. Spoke to lady in pharmacy - their entire system has been down for about 2 hours. Can't check a prescription status, can't log in, no splash screen when you try to access it on the internet at all.

H‑E‑B logged me out. I’ve tried reentering my name password again several times but it’s locked me out. Chang d password too but no luck. Is the server down today -(Sunday)?

Heb app freaking out

App is asking for password asifI had been logged out. I went the forgot password route. When I followed the email link and changed password the app then freaked out and started flashing quickly like it was having a mainframe melt down.

There's a dark film, like darkness that covers the screen and won't allow me to do anything except back or get out if it after you hit the REPORT AN ISSUE or problem or whatever button. My app will not allow me to log in my password. I've typed in several times and nothing goes on the screen! Even tried changing my password several times. I need groceries. I'm disabled, elderly with zero transportatio& and I cannot stand or walk for long periods or distances without agonizing pain. I called the number the store gave me but was disconnected as soon as a very nice voice said he'd "be happy to help me with that." I'm sure the Gentleman wasn't at fault. It seemed like yet another tech issue.
Also, I have a problem w the prices of the same products being so much higher online than in store. We already pay a shopping fee and delivery fee. Those of us who are quite literally forced to shop online, who miss people so much, cannot afford to pay more than folks who are capable if going in store. Especially those of us in very low, fixed incomes that cannot work anymore. Believe me, I miss it so very much. Working & being a normal citizen. Thank you for reading my entire comment.

Have been trying to submit a delivery order for three hours now. Keep getting a "Texas we have a problem" that their servers can't keep up with the demand. I have tried Google Chrome and MS Edge. I have cleared cache in both browsers. Nothing works. I can't believe HEB is down.

I had almost everything I needed in my cart along with a reserved time for curbside pickup. I added one more thing and my entire cart disappeared! 45 minutes of shopping of over 30 items and *poof* gone with only 10 minutes left on my reserved time. But wait --- HEB.com also canceled my reservation!!! I am a loyal but extremely frustrated customer!
