UK SITE - PHOTOS NEVER LOAD

The photos never load on my android phone It's been like this for over 6 months. I don't bother shopping there now I left a message on Truspilot and others say the same thing - why aren't H&M listening ? Their sister company, Stories, works- it's a mystery.

Checkout not working, giving error code

Used app and web browser (logged into my credentials) during checkout its saying my payment can’t be processed and to call customer service and mention code “RM1”. But customer service doesn’t even know what that means because they told me to refresh the page, but a simple Google search tells me that RM1 means my bank is stopping payment. However, that can’t be the case because I’m even using my husband’s card! It’s simply just not working and I have $200 worth of clothing in my cart that won’t be available now!

Tried 5 times to place an order night before last and last night. After putting in credit card number, order would not process. It just kept "loading". Today I checked my bank statement and had three charges for $158 and 2 charges for $147. Then I saw that the three charges for $158 had been reversed/credited back to my bank account, however the two charges for $147 are still there. I called customer service and the rep that helped me was very rude, talked on top of me, and basically told me that they'd "reverse" in a couple of days. She would not give me her name or any additional information. I demanded that my account be credited today and she said that I would have to wait. SERIOUSLY????!!!! I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I'm reporting them to the BBB.
