Unable to Redeem Points

I have been trying to redeem 488 points for a £5 Amazon E-Voucher and the Rewards page is not letting me do it - the part of the page that lets you select how many vouchers you want is missing.
I have sent a message through Contact Us, but am still waiting for a reply.
