Labor Day 2023 - 30% off coupon and can't place my order on their site! Keep getting a 404 message for every single page after a certain point in the order process. Can't refresh it or go to the homepage or use any of the suggested links for the site. Continues to show a 404 message. SO frustrating!!!!

404 error all day. So frustrating. Cleared cache, logged in an out, website loaded more items to my cart than I wanted but wouldn’t save changes. Tried chat once and they recommend X, Y, Z that I already tried…. Shouldn’t be this hard to shop on line….. not having issues with other websites while shopping today.

Can't get into Kirklands website again. Errors....whatever.....frustrating. Then when I want to order a new item they classify as "new". You can't order it online, and a radius of 200 miles maybe more, they say "all those stores" don't have it available at the store. Same item I want this year, is the same crap they said about it being unavailable last year. Why advertise it if you can't get it. I have been shopping at Kirklands less and realize there are plenty of other Home stores to shop at.
