Second worse website I've ever used in twenty years. They must be cheaping out on their programming, farming different pieces of it to various independents. Possibly nothing wrong with each contractor's work, but not working well with unknown other pieces??? It's a mess, and a terrible user experience. Can't sign into Smith's account to view and ddownload coupons

For the second week in a row, your website is broken for signing in to view and download digital coupons. It broke last week around Thursday and this week, it's not working Wednesday afternoon. I want to sign in to view my coupons and possibly download new ones to shop this Friday. I have already tried different browsers and different settings, including allowing all cookies and not blocking pop up windows, but all sign in attempts only produce this message "We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers and try again." Whatever was broken last week was fixed and worked for a few days but the fix did not last as the website sign in is "broken" again and does not allow sign in. Please do not ask me to send personal information via FB Messenger to troubleshoot this when it's a systemic problem with your digital coupon website. When I talked with an agent about it last week, she said they were aware of the problem. Please give your customers the smooth working digital coupon website that we deserve - thank you!

Ever week I spend >$100 with them, and do so using their web site to select and 'cart' items. Getting the same "We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers and try again.". I guess $5.200 per year is well below their "give a darn" threshold. And no there are no new adblockers.. I use a HOSTS file to send all add pulls to null and will not remove that, period. But I suspect the ad blocking is not the problem, rather it is as they have stated in the error message, some issue with ther side. The "disable ad blockers and popups" is just a dodge to waste your time, like when your internet service is repeatedly telling you to reboot after you already told them you've renewed the IP in IPconfig and can see the router. LOL.

i am so sick of Kroger not caring about peoples issues it's jut pathetic. My wife has been trying to log in to her account for days now so she can download her digital coupons but with no luck, the little circle just sits there and spins and spins. This has nothing to do with refreshing or clearing the cache. That is just their solution so it makes them feel good in giving you a answer. I am pretty savy when it comes to PC problems where i build my own PC's and mine works perfect with no reason for it not to work going to someone's website. My wife was a 100% Kroger shopper but now goes to Meijers 50% of the time, soon it will be bye bye Kroger and hello Meijers 100% of the time. Kroger needs to fire their website people and get some in there that know how to do their job and keep it up and running properly and send the other one's to McDonalds and let them flip burgers!!!

Non-existent customer service. Several times I've filed courteous better business bureau complaints all of which have gone unanswered and unresolved. As of this week for some people we are unable to even login to our long standing accounts. Calling for cust ser is a useless waste of time, they are not helpful at all, they try but it's not their fault that they are very poorly trained. I've used Twitter to contact them when there are problems and they simply send a canned response, "We know we are having issues with that and are working on it", and yet their customer service people are unaware of the problem at all. Searching online I find results where people going back over a year have had consistent problems with inability to login to Kroger's website. So you have all these senior citizens that have to use grocery pickup or delivery but they can't login. So they have to go to other stores, like Walmart or Albertsons. This is very disturbing that in 2022 a corp like Kroger can't figure out how to fix it's own website so people can login. And now Kroger is in talks to acquire Albertsons.

Almost four hours on the phone with customer service and I have the same problem.
That didn't work, I kept getting transferred, was told it would take a minute and waited on hold for about a half an hour after supposedly being transferred to the department that would take care of this problem. For the past few months, I have had problems with the coupons malfunctioning in the download and the coupon page opening so I can view. I keep getting error messages to try again later, that they are experiencing tech. issues and other excuses. I called corp. tech support and was connected to a woman in the Caribbean whose English and computer skills were sub-par and she was not verbally competent.
I called the store and spoke w a manager who logged in and said, his computer is functioning. I cannot see my downloaded coupons so I could not finish my order. Also, the green printed word "coupon" which was appearing under the selected grocery items list, is no longer visible. I hate this and am considering WalMArt for groceries as this cost me weeks and many hours to try to do an order I could not optimize by accessing coupons to clip, coupons I had clipped and worst of all, when the coupon page would open, when I tried to select an item to place in my shopping cart, the function did not work!!!
