Can't place order

Had an online order not get processed two weeks ago, today it failed again (click "Place Order" and get taken back to page saying "Your shopping cart is empty", order was never processed. Called help desk, no solution. Tried for a third time (still using Chrome), then tried Edge (the horror!), still won't work.

Orders don't do through after final click

I go through the ordering process using PayPal. All goes as planned until I click button to finish the transaction on the Lowe's website. I get bumped off then attempt to re-sign on and am told I'm locked out due to too many attempts to sign in so re-try in 30 minutes. Tried the next day. Signed in.
Nothing recorded in my orders. Same thing with being bumped off after clicking to confirm order. Called Lowe's. The call system to access orders is down worldwide according to the operator but claims nothing wrong w/ the website.

Website Off the Rails

Lowes website has been non functional for several months now. They need a complete overhaul of their IT dept. They have always lagged behind Home Depot on website in terms of ease of use and content. Now nothing works well on lowes.com. Search results display is skewed and item titles line up with the wrong item descriptions. It is impossible to change your local "my store" location.. I just shop HD now

I have tried on Chrome, Firefox, Bing on my laptops (work and personal), and on 3 different cell phones in my house...nothing. I have gift cards from my Home Warranty company specific to Lowe's and I can't access to use...I will have no choice but to go into the store definitely NOT on black friday.

I can't access Lowes from any web browser without getting an access denied error....so irritating. It started a few months ago for me but I was usually able to get to it by switching browsers. No more. Wonder if they realize all the customers they're losing who are going to HD or Amazon....

Lowes.com website is not working for me anymore. I cannot log in and place orders because the site is dead. I've been in touch with Lowes.com support staff and I'm still looking for the answer to what is going on, but I have to wonder if it's a deliberate decision to get me off their system. Please help if you have any idea what I can do to use the website again. There is also no easy way to make this comparison or to compile a list of all the brands and brands from which to choose. I would really like to try and compare the prices of the same products online and find a cheaper option in one particular brand. This is especially important for those of you who like to purchase goods through different sources.
