I've had a problem with Macy's website for so so long. The page narrative and photos are so large I can't see the entire page. I was going to order shoes but it won't let me see all the sizes. Only thru size 6. So often it won't let me navigate in the page. It's not my computer because I have no problems with other websites.Their website is the worst on the planet.

Keep getting "Sorry, it looks like there's a problem on our end. Call this number...". The number they provide is to know about your packages. Found the right number and they said that means it's a problem with your browser and to try to clear your cache. Tried 3 browsers, the app, and 2 browsers on my phone all with cleared cache. Still says the same thing, as soon as I can login I'm deleting the account, this is outrageous

Have been unable to checkout for several days using any of the major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). Tried PC and then phone. Allowed all cookies, turned off firewall, tried both standard checkout and PayPal. Standard checkout just sends back to Cart page and using PayPal sends an error after successfully connecting to PayPal: "A technical issue occured [sic], please check your internet connection and click retry."

Can't open up the Citibank portal for credit cards - it just redirects back to the site. I can access Macy's to see my store and other card account through my Android phone, but not with Chrome or Edge on my laptop, and no one at Macy's seems to understant what a "portal" is, let alone that theirs is completely borked. I can't sign into my account on Macy's and every time I try I get an error message saying that it looks like there's a problem on their end. I also can't add products to my cart because when I try I get an error message telling me to call their customer service number to order something if I continue to have problems adding the item to my cart. I have been getting the "Sorry, it looks like there's a problem on our end. For assistance, please call 1-800-289-6229" message on my laptop for months. I just use the Macy's app on my iphone and it works fine. It's frustrating because I love Macy's and it is much easier to shop on my laptop.

Sadly, this is the last order I will make with Macy's. Website wouldn't process the order or payment 3 times. Called the 800#, placed & paid for the oder, then order was cancelled because they couldn't 'verify' the order??? I ordered it online with an agent the evening beforehand. Had to call and replace the order and now won't be delivered for 13 days! WOULDN'T even expedite delivery for me due to 4 failed attempts to purchase. I have been a customer for YEARS!!!! Honestly, that's horrific customer service. I am not a negative person nor a complainer and I understand the realities of business during this Pandemic but this type of service is unacceptable. I really try to buy from established businesses, but this isn't worth it any more. Either local only or direct from manufacturer from now on, good luck everyone. Happy holidays to all!

For such a big company such as Macy’s, they should be able to fix any technical problems they’re having to be able to keep their customers from having difficulties accessing their website, especially during the holidays. They have chosen not to do so or whatever problems they are having with their website, the consumers should be the first and foremost priority on their list. FIX the problems Macy’s or you will end up with NO CUSTOMERS, PERIOD!!!!!!

Macy's website is down now and has been out for several days. This is a recurring issue that I have noticed over the past several months. It seems to happen near the beginning of the month. Cannot log in. Captcha initially was not loading. Then I finally after 12 hours got a link to update my password, Completed that and went to log back in and it locked my account. For a minute last night, I saw a banner "we are experiencing technical difficulties". I had hope you guys fixed it, instead now my account is locked and frankly - I'll do my business elsewhere vs an hour of frustration with customer service.
