Tabs don't work in their website

Can not click on the tabs in their website. So I can't remove the robot blocking feature, which means I can't get verification code calls from other "important" websites !

I am long time mj user. Service works all the time. But unlike Verizon who charges an arm, leg, and few fingers from other hand, for their services. Mj is not home all the time. Yes that is correct the lights are on but nobody is home.

Magicjack service is very good. Have hardly ever if not never had service issue. Lots of website problems. And no customer service. I would like to get answers why this is an issue. They need to fix the website so you can access your account without issue

Several times over the last year or so, I have tried to access account overnight. And after entering user name and password website goes blank. Later during the day, I get into my account yet none of the functions of the account work except adding more years of service. Calling features and other options are unavailable. And I have more then one account. You can never contact anyone by phone. It is a constant loop of the menu. You will never get anywhere.
