no access to account
I have not been able to log into my viaat account since I ordered the service. I have been billed but can not see why, how much, or what charges are for. I have contacted my bank to put a stop payment on future payments until I authorize, meaning until you fix the issue on your end. im breaking my contract per advice of an attorney for breach of agreement on your end by not allowing access to my information as a customer
