"cyber security attack" can't pay bill on phone. Expected to put my credit card online after they can't answer their phones because of hack? Now no bill yet, service cut off even though it's not my fault and they said service would not be interrupted. 196 min wait? Got through and Indian rep transferred me to start line.

Trying to cancel sub since FEB 23, 2023. All numbers connected to DISH are down and not accepting calls because of high volume and internal issues. On March 9 a message appeared on the web site stating DISH had a "cybersecurity incident".

The guide is showing "NO INFORMATION "!!! On every channel. Such a dam inconvenience! And I just signed up with Dish TV. And this is what I signed up for???? Can't get no personal on the phone! And for the money I'm paying per month is RIDICULOUS to have to go this.!!! This is the 2nd day going thru this. I feel like canceling my subscription if this is what I got to go THRU!!!

I would like to compliment Jade K. ID 60312 for being an exemplary employee by going above and beyond to help me at this very difficult time. It is not very often that you find an employee such as Jade to assist you as I have today! Jade thank you for your compassion and expertise in handling the issues that I had and resolving them! I would like to ask DISH to recognize and acknowledge you for the awesome employee that you are and how you have represented DISH so favorably! I would like to ask if management would compensate/ acknowledge Jade for her above and beyond customer service skills! Thank you Jade for showing me that there are still good people in this world oh, and you are one of them, God bless you and "See you in Heaven" whenever we get there! Reach for the Stars Jade oh, thank you once again for being you! I am so grateful that you where the representative on the other side of this phone! Dish should be honored to have you as their employee!
