The web page is worthless. It mall functions on easy order changes, you can not log on, it fails if you try to change your password and is not functional. Using the phone number to correct these issues is also of no use.
I have to find a different coffee service that is more user friendly..

the site fails to accept a log on even a few days later. if you can log in the site is almost impossible to change an easy order. if you can;t log on and try to reset the password the site fails to accept their own reset link and asked again if you want to reset your password.

I have tried to purchase capsules for 10 days. I wanted some items from the promo days and could never get my account to work on 2 different computers or my phone. I have never had this problem for 10 years with the website. I am unable to do an online chat either. Very disappointing .

unable to sign into my account for 2 days now. I have reset my password multiple times and I have tried several different ways to access my nespresso account. Called customer service and talk like it is no big deal. If I wanted to call and order something, I would have done that or used another coffee service. It is to the point of shopping for something different that is good and convenient.

Order placed November 23, 2021. Credit Card Charged November 24, 2021 Called and was advised that they were having some issues filling orders but they would put in an urgent process on my order.
