Network Solutions changed their email platform about 4 weeks ago and since then my emails have been bouncing back and emails sent to me are also bouncing back to the sender. I have called NS 5 times over the last three weeks and they have escalated my ticket but they cannot seem to fix it. They said it would be fixed within 24 to 48 hours after it was escalated, but that was 4 days ago. One of the customer reps told me that they would have fixed it faster if I had called them more frequently. "REALLY?"

Chat support said there was no problem. I sent them a screen shot of the website not found DNS error. Then they said admins know about the problem and are working on it. No ETA.

I've had my email with them for over 20 years. It has NEVER worked perfectly. Too many of my contacts have this email address of mine to change. I've given up reporting most problems since it doesn't do any good. Amazing...my FREE email accounts that I have elsewhere NEVER have problems.

Apparently there is an ios connection issue for receiving/fetching email - message is "engineers are aware of the issue and are working on it urgently. It will be resolved soon as possible."

05/05/2022 Email hosting "Upgrade/migration" SNAFU. Why is NetSol doing a migration during weekday business hours? And why is it turning out to be a three-hour plus ONGOING problem? Haven't been able to logon to my mail since 7:00 a. m.

Network Solutions' new release for its professional email is badly flawed. Logging in is often not possible and customer service people acknowledge that. They cannot fix it and the escalation process is at best difficult and has no way to monitor progress or to find out if they have tried to fix it yet. I am the former CEO of Network Solutions and would have wanted to strangle anyone who thought this an acceptable customer experience.
