Both me and my partner have separate accounts and both get greeted by a error message and no verification code, after a couple of attempts it locks us out and then we tried later and the same initial error occurred with no codes sent again. Not received access codes and only asked once to resend and not received either of the 2 and now says I'm locked out for asking to many resends, I only asked once, this is ridiculous, had issues last month with something else on this app and had to uninstall a redo it, this doesn't help my anxiety issues and problems I have in getting my medication in the first place, this app is suppose to make it easier but it doesn't, I will now have to go in the surgery to see if my medication that's due Thursday have been ordered or not

Tried to reset password as advised by online faqs - no joy.
The buttons don't seem to work.

I need to submit a large number of prescriptions monthly, doing it online is the best way as it's difficult for me to get to the doctor's surgery. Please fix with some urgency.

Also tried login in where it says use NHS lock in details to log into the NHS website or app via patient access and that won't load either it allows login but it won't load dnhs page at all or any personal details one thing just apology message with a long code of letters numbers that I assume is the error code that they're working on trying to resolve I am beginning to suspect there has been it patient data breach

Patient access app not loading properly

still a problem with patient access app and online. Can login then just says welcome back and show date and time of last login. The rest is blank white devoid of all data. I only went to PA app because I got a blank notification from it in my drop down notifications area on my phone. I give up for now. Issue will be rsolved at some point. Just hope there hasn't been patient private medical data information breach.

Unable to order repeat prescriptions. Getting unavailable notification (eventually, it takes a long time to log in and even longer to load the notice after choosing prescription). There should be a reason provided for the issue and eta for when it is restored

Won't accept the correct letters from my memorable word, so I tried to reset it and the reset email never arrived in my emails, tried sending it twice and nothing, not even in spam

Managed to sign in after several tries. Asked to nominate pharmacy but then wouldn't load page. Skipped it and then tried to order meds and after pressing submit just never progressed and is still whirring now!

Haven’t been able to sign in for days on the app. I enter my password, tap Sign In & my password disappears as if I never entered it. Then nothing happens, it just freezes up. I can’t even contact Technical Support on the app, as it does the same thing!

Can’t access Patient Access

Jan 5th - suddenly got signed out of Patient Access in the middle of booking a GP appointment and now I can’t sign in again, even from an alternative device. Facial recognition works but then I get diverted to a page that says I ‘can’t be signed in at this time’

Emis Access Site Login Problems.

A once reliable service that is becoming less so over the last few months. GP will not accept requests earler than two days before med runs out. I hope that Emis start to take this seriously. You can order for repeat prescriptions via NHS app, just in case you are really stuck.
