Pixieset upload URL error message 6/20/23

pixieset.com 6/20/23 trying to load images to a client gallery. I have 2,000GB of available space so that's not the issue.

Images 1 through 34 load in the gallery with no problems.
Images 35 through 75 fail with a message "Upload URL might be wrong or doesn't exist"

Not sure how that can happen half way through the upload.

i'm not receiving an email copy of the link sent to a customer for an order and neither is the customer, in another gallery, I am constantly getting a wrong pin message after testing it to a personal email and even after I changed the pin it still says its wrong and I can't access the download. Just about pulling my hair out as I have a huge event to photograph in a few days and I won't hear back from pixieset for several days

Can not upload photos to client gallery. Nothing works. I have two clients waiting right now for the images to proof. Remind me again why am I paying for this service?? Need to just create another photosharing account somewhere else that actually works xD
