Cannot get results for a simple Covid test Customer service was rude and yelled at me. Then sent an encrypted email that will not download the pdfs.

App doesn’t work. Test results are pending and then nonexistent. When I called customer service the first woman yelled at me and then sent a encrypted email that doesn’t download pdfs even after entering the required info in the link. They are making a simple test result for Covid impossible to obtain

Was able to schedule PCR test appointment for husband. Returned immediately to schedule mine and got: "MyQuest™ will be unavailable during regularly scheduled maintenance", with no estimate of when the appointment scheduler will be back up. At least I got my husband's scheduled and based on others' comments it seems a chronic problem so I'll keep trying.

Site gave text results in my portal then within a few day there are no records and the incompetent nurse practitioner that I had gave a totally different result than what was originally in the lab results.

2:14 EST - Now login page generates this message:
"MyQuest™ will be unavailable during regularly scheduled maintenance

Ditto on the login time out. Messaged Quest via Facebook and they replied:

"We apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that our site is down at this time and our technical staff is working hard to correct this as soon as possible. We hope to have our applications up and running shortly. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding." That was at 1:32 p.m. EST

Can't log in from either computer or phone. Keep getting a "gateway timeout" message on both. Used three different browsers and tried without direct wifi connection. No joy.
