No connectivity for two days now

No connectivity for two days now, car indicates network ok but not connecting two red X indicated on connectivity and continuously trying to connect.

Charge Status not showing correctly in App

App telling me my car is plugged in when it isn't. When it is plugged in it the app no longer shows it's charging or how long until full charge. Last night I got a message that my charge was complete & the car was not plugged in!

Nothing seems to work properly, reliably or continuously with Renault. When problems occur I am unable to get information, help or advice from my main dealership, Arnold Cark. I can't wait to find a replacement for my Zoe.
