No internet now for the last 7 hours, and counting. No information as to why. Reported it, advised there is a problem in our area, and that I would be notified when it is fixed. I can't find anything about it, or a timeline when it will be fixed.

Down every day for hours. No help from techs as they all of a sudden cant find us or our account info, although the email provided is the one they bill us on every month for two years. Garbage provider. They should not receive any type of government funding to provide better service as they wont use it to improve service ( historically proven )
