No appliances delivered and no refund

Sears was suppose to deliver my order, a range and microwave, in mid March. They never arrived. I have called every other day since, to cancel my order, and they just tell me “systems are down.” I’m getting the feeling more is going on.

Can’t get response on failure to show for repair appointment

Trying to get answer on why the service technician on repair for dishwasher under their Master Protection Agreement didn’t show up or send update status on coming for appointment 2 days ago. Any phone number, website, or link Sears sent thru email to me or text to me gets anywhere other than to an Error message. Phone calls don’t recognize the contract number or phone number for Master Protection Agreement. Only goes to their service where you have to pay for repair first and then request reimbursement. That’s not what we paid for the MPA to have to do.

Only if you have warranty it is down if you say no coverage they can get you setup. You can also buy a warranty but if you have warranty the scheduler is down. Smells fishy!
