What to do if the site SECURENCE.COM is unavailable?

If SECURENCE.COM works, but you cannot access the site or its individual page, try one of the possible solutions:

Email protection service is down - also not even staff of Securence can log into the portal. No update in hours.

Securence email is back up after an outage of a few hours. I fully expect this to be a rare occurrence.

As noted earlier, I'm quite pleased with their service.

First outage I've seen from Securence ever (been with them over 2 years)

Securence email and their website are completely down in the NYC Metro area.
Have spoken to a support tech, and they say they -should- be back up by 6PM Eastern time.

Securence Outage!!??

Can't log into Securnence admin portal as of 2-3PM today. All incoming emails are no longer being received either since MX records are pointing to Securence.

Several Securence Services unavailable 11/28/23.

Unable to sign into site at 2:50 today after signing in earlier this morning. URL shield keeping all hyperlinks in emails from properly working. Thanks for the ETR Rich, they didn't have one when I called in, but 4 today is still iffy and of no help at the moment for 125 users.

Securence services are down

Securence tech support says "This morning we are experiencing a global issue affecting Securence and many of our other services. Our Engineers are working to resolve this issue. We have a tentative ETR of 3pm CST."

URL Sheild blockage

Users are unable to access any links in emails and admins are unable to access the admin portal. When trying to log into the portal we get the spinning verifying loading screen.
