Flat Files won't upload, and when adding a new product, after hitting save and finish, it doesn't show up in my Manage inventory page. Seller Central really needs to get their act together.

All the users we have are not able to log in to any of our accounts in Vendor Central as of 8/01/2022. We kept getting "Not authorized to access any vendor accounts" and if we try OTP, it will tell us we have to wait 1 minute. If we send an email to using "contact us" someone will reply and will say "your email originated outside of Vendor Central, please sign in to vendor central" BUT how in the world can we log in if it is not letting us and we get all this different system generated messages. Not even the forgot password is working or the OTP. SO FRUSTRATING that we can not talk to someone!!!!!!
