I haven't used this much yet, but when I tried to make an account and clicked 'get started' on my Macbook it said there was an error because I was redirected too many times. Even when I cleared all my cookies like the website suggested it didn't work. Please look into this issue!

They said if we are not using the shift4shop payment in the last 90 days or so gateway all accounts disabled. So if we used our own gateway or haven't processed payments through their gateway they disabled all accounts. I called in and they will try to restore account in the am

Login very slow, website very slow since last update to load pages. Customers reporting it takes too long to load pages, I am experiencing the same.

Home Page Editor down for 1+ week. Page will sometimes let you in if you click "wait" 10 times but then when changes go in and you click "save" it gives you an "aw snap" error and nothing saves. I have filed a ticket and was promised it would be fixed today. Nothing.

This has been a problem they deny since 4PM ET on Saturday. Was hoping this was the right move. I can't earn if I don't have a website. Pitiful! Their tech support is totally uneducated in being able to answer questions and someone else pointed out, without being able to connect to the backend, you cannot connect to them either without calling and no answer. Check your bank accounts and credit cards that are attached to your accounts.

This company used to be OK as 3dcart, has turned into a wreck since it was bought out by Shift4Shop. Outages, API disconnects, slow sites. Now a total outage on 1/24. Even their own website isn't up. Something is very wrong there.

DNS error since last night. Hopefully it will get resolved soon. Been with them for 10+ years since it was 3DCart and this is the longest outage I've experienced.

I have multiple sites with shift4shops all are down, google ads lost, daily sales and revenue lost…there will be 0% care about the loss. Been with them for almost a decade, the other hosted server companies have the same issues but maybe these are getting worse. It seems as their new focus is credit card processing profits.

My website is down. Just called tech support. They have no ETA of when DNS server outage will be fixed. Tech stated they have never seen such a big outage and seems to have been happening all weekend! No further details on any front. Just keeping checking the site. Right. Is there a service refund for down days and lost business?
