hover on login and then try to enter ID and screen rolls back to advertisement.

after logging in, it won't let me navigate to where I need to in order to pay my bill. This happens way too often. State Farm has one of the worst websites around for this kind of behavior. Extremely aggravating when trying to pay a bill.
