Valid vouchers in the app that can be used in store, but it doesn't work on the own brand products stated on the voucher. Staff no help and one of them was quite bothered that she had to look into the issue. She didn't help & was aggressive in her manger. No phone or email contact for their customer service. Should have chat but it keeps crashing due to demand: been like this for 7 days now. Only option is WhatsApp & Messenger, which I do not have. Superdrug need to pull their socks up regarding their staff and the accessibility of their customer service.

It's almost usually impossible to reach.
I wouldn't even contemplate buying online with them, yet it's a shop I love because of their offers on make up brands.
Don't know what the problem is, it's not just my own mobile, it's anywhere I try to reach the website from.

Absolutly rubbish website. Freezes, crashes and totally irratic. I'll go to boots instead.
I see comments going back more than a year. If you want to succeed, do something about it. Customers have a lot of choices.

Such a poor website, so slow, try and add things to the basket and the page just hangs there but once refreshed you realise it’s been added to basket. Can’t get past the select store to collect page. Sorry Superdrug, this sale now gone to Amazon. They’ve got a reliable website

Do not use online service

I put through an online order to pick up in store, this has remained in process now for 24hours store has no record and my account has been debited. Totally impossible to contact customer service. I will need to contact my bank to recall amount. Terrible online service do, will not use again, total waste of time.

Been trying to load Superdrug official website for days now and if the page does load then it freezes or you cant add items to basket..pages wont change..same issues with Debenhams website too but every other store I know of works online just great. Superdrug needs to sort this issue sooner than later or they will have so much lost revenue I guess

Keeps saying my password or signing in is incorrect. Its not. Tried to re set password via email request.( seveal times). No response. You cant even ring (disconnected now).So tried live chat. Not working. I do not have social media so cant tweet. This has gone on for 48hrs . What happened to speaking to a human on the end of a phone without being locked OUT.

Honestly you should be embarrassed by the performance.
I wouldn't like to think about how much money you must have lost purely by the ineptitude of your site.
