Horrible. Many timeouts, errors, etc. the whole week, now it seems to be completely down:

HPE Support Website Down 3-17-23 to 3-19-23

Servers will not be up in time - Scheduled maintenance - HP is not responding on all support sites. Will be looking at alternative vendors for FY2024 on server renewal. Problems have been persistant and unable to connect to download for all hardware and firmware since Friday 2:00 EST when I first tried. Now Sunday 10:40 PM - No Change.

terrible ever-changing interface with many broken links. Great information and very useful downloads, but finding them among the labyrinthian site is a huge hassle.

Yes. Same. I recently downloaded the software update for Mac but realise it has no Scanner access. Now I can’t log in or download. And it seems to be affecting Chrome and email. I have to force quit both chrome and email and then relaunch in order to get into emails. Seems to be a bug. What to do?
