Purchased taco lovers pass for the month of October. App allows me to choose a taco and it does say zero in amount for the item. When I go to check out I get a frowning taco message saying Uh-oh! I ordered and payed, selecting delivery and I was charged but had to call the restaurant as the order was not delivered and the app made it look like my order didn’t go through. The person at the restaurant did not speak English well and could not understand what I was asking. I still have items in my cart. There is an issue with the app and the whole experience was extremely frustrating. I had to go pick up the order as no one would give me an answer. I would, at the very least, like to be refunded for the delivery charge. I will not be using the app again.

The app worked super well before - better than any other fast food app by far. Since the most recent update, it's not hot garbage. It's super slow and glitchy, and it saves all the items from previous orders in my car so I have to go through and delete everything. Why "fix" something that wasn't even broken?

Just tells me there was an error processing my payment. Saw today that it charged the $13 to my credit card but never placed my order. It’s pending still, waiting to see if it post. Had a issue a few weeks ago where the app sucked up the remaining $6 on my gift card, couldn’t charge my debit card and never got my order or my $6 back. App has been nothing but problems for the past few months.

I spent 40 mins at Taco Bell yesterday trying to get the mexican pizza(like many others, I have sorely missed it for years). The app would not work and the restaurant refused to talk to me unless i went to the drive thru and wouldn’t let me order the mexican pizza even though it was their company’s fault the app was down. Now I see that i was charged 6 times for resending the order, which resulted in an error message each time for me and the restaurant said there were no mobile orders from me. I’m very unhappy.

The app and website constantly have problems. The app will fail tog get location, and will allow you to purchase items that are out of stock. The website does not let you claim rewards, or Taco Lovers Passes. They both go down often and are not reliable.
