they keep going down for whole days with positions being un reachable, they dont have customer support at all anymore, its replaced by a terrible gaslighting ai telling you its your fault. then there is the data lag , the bugs, the glitches etc etc , DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE.

Connection with iphone app is failing. Desktop app unstable. Losing the connection all the time

Unable to log into app or browser dashboard

Hit or miss successfully logging into app - sometimes don't get the MFA text, sometimes do... and when I do the app doesn't demonstrate coherence of orders (pending orders unshown). Unable to log into the browser dashboard at all.

Errors on trading platform webapp

Website is fine, but the trading platform seems to be unable to make 'balances' endpoint api calls, causing error/warning popups, and preventing trades from occurring.

Cannot Login to TastyTrade

Cannot login to TastyTrade web or desktop platforms ... 10/23/2025 8:20 PM ET. Also when the login screen comes up I noticed that the caption above the login box is now "email", where it used to read "Login". Southeast Michigan

I cannot connect to the trading platform from my phone, desktop app or browser. Internet is fine. Im actively losing money because Tasty trade platform is not connecting.

Too many issues this week

I can't log in. Desktop App, Phone App, WEB sign in all doesn't work. It's crazy that they don't have 24hr support when they "support" overnight futures trading.
