unable to process card for payment

wouldn't accept my visa gift cards - would always say there was an error processing my card. tried to use a friends card (with permission), but there was an error processing my card. deleted my saved card off the site, tried to input any of the previous cards i tried, wouldn't process, and then when i tried to put my own card that had been saved and then deleted, there was an error processing my card :-/

Thrift books is unable to process my payment. I called the bank and there is no issue with the cards I tried to use. Their site is not working or is unable to process payments.

Keep getting order payment rejected and prompt to resend payment. Three times now! Called bank and it's not my card, it's definitely on their end. Paypal is also saying that there is no issue on my end. Tried to contact Thriftbooks customer service last night and still haven't gotten a reply. All other payment transactions on other sites I have made I have had no issue with, had to take my business elsewhere.
