Can’t get PayPal to work. Can’t get my credit cards to work. Item I wanted sold out in the days I was fighting with the site. Downloaded the app, didn’t matter. Underarmour just plain doesn’t want my money unless I hand deliver them a bag of cash.

Unable to check out

Still having issues with check out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled still having an issue, while the sale is on for Cyber Monday. However, this is my 3rd day with same issue along with other customers. Don't see where there is a resolution, but keep trying.

whenever I try to order something, no matter what day or time, it always says "We're sorry that your order could not be placed. This probably happened due to a high order volume or temporary connection errors. Please wait a few minutes and resubmit your order. We won't process your payment until you successfully place your order. If you have further questions, please contact us" then you try to contact them and by the time they reply the sale is already gone.

Can’t place order after putting in all information

I’m having the same problem trying to checkout. I have all the information in for payment but no ability to place order. It only has a button for contact info and brings me back to that screen. I did an online chat and all she could suggest was trying a different server which I did and have the same problem. She could not place the order for me unless I was using a gift card. She said I should call customer service to have the ordered placed. Obviously I don’t want to do that and sit on hold on Black Friday.

How do you go down on Black Friday

I have been trying to check out my order for an hour now but PayPal just circles then goes back to order. I even tried to go to credit card but there is no link to put info in. So I tried it on another phone and tablet now I am getting a different total then my original price. I am getting one total and the other tablet is a higher total for the same items and I still can’t check out.

Can't check out for 2 days

Been trying to check out for 2 days but couldn't go through. I am using gift card/credit card combination for payment. I heard my friend had no problem using only credit card though..... Not sure if it's some kind tricks to stop customers from using GCs. They need to look into this matter seriously if they want a boost for BlackFriday.

Getting really frustrated as I haven’t been able to check out for days and the items I wanted are selling out. Spoke with customer service multiple times and all I get is “ oh well” “we can’t control that” “sucks for you”. You would think after all the years and all the money I’ve spent that they’d try and help, but they really do not care about they’re customers. The phone call I just ended with outsourced customer service confirmed that.
