Haven't been able to login for the past 2 hours. Receive the following message on every attempt:

Constant app issues and random outages. Had multiple declines and called customer service was systems down until 2am. First three reps had no clue what was going on. This is third time I have had this happen. The last time I was stuck at gas station traveling from California to Utah and prior to that I was had the issue checking into hotel in Las Vegas extremely embarrassing

Server is often down. Takes a long time to submit documents. Filing a dispute, they often want information impossible to obtain. The website is filled with unnecessary junk (like articles about preschool-level budgeting). Brokerage is fee-based. No one seems to be in charge or a money expert, it's all a bunch of CSR's on the phone when you can pass the bot.

I get a redirect with a blank page everytime I try and login to the USAA website. Once I delete cookies, it lasts about a week and here we go again. Please fix your website

Very poor customer service spoke to five different people two different phone calls representatives arc telling me they do not know what the problem is with the mobile app. They are blaming it on the hurricane WTF
