Coupon redemption goes to red screen!

I think they shut down coupons when they get too many uses of them because this is now probably the 5-10th time in a year I am able to get onto site but as soon as I want to redeem a coupon it comes up a red screen that says they are updating their system to make things better for us and will be back shortly! I have called customer service and they say this isn’t the case that error is on my end because this is not being done! Well now that it continues to happen every couple months I believe they do this ! No way it is on my end because I have no issue with anything on their site other than trying to claim a coupon!
