App won’t let me log in. Guess it’s so they don’t have to make good on their agreement for a free burger with purchase because it seems that when that’s the case, there are ‘problems’ with the app. Ah well was going to go to Wendy's but refuse to pay full price for that garbage. Not worth it. Someone needs to sue this company for not being honest. It will be ‘fixed’ I bet you once this free burger with purchase expires. Shame on this company. Dave would be appalled how they’re running it.

The app constantly has issues! It routinely is just down.

The map for choosing a restaurant is not interactive can you should be able to move the map around and find other locations. Should be able to tap on a location and have it pop up just the street address. It's useless to see the location name of oats, it's useful to see the address.

When the app updates it logs me out and I have to log back in.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. But their app sucks.

I cannot change my password. I cannot use the app to login at all. I bought a $100 gift card and loaded it to my account, using my laptop, but the app on my apple phone won't even sign me in or allow a password reset

Wendy's app rarely works , even when it does the restaurant never seems to actually have the order, has happened to me 3 times now at 3 separate locations.
IF the app takes my order (which is 50/50)....then when I go to pick it up , it's always a big explanation and takes 3 times as long then if I just drove to the restaurant and ordered.

I couldn't get into the app, it just kept scrolling the logos. I saw a post to clear cache and data. I'm now able to login and still have my account info. I logged in using Facebook and the app synched and my rewards are still there. I wish I didn't wait a week before researching my login info. Hope this helps. ????

Wendy's app wasn't working so I went to the Settings/apps/Wendy's, cleared the cache and cleared data (Warning means nothing) and now everything is working. Points are there and balance on mobile pay is still there. Hope this helps you all.

Password function not working. Perfect password it states in green awesome for strength, then next screen says error, password doesn’t meet requirements.
All the marketing dollars spent to run the March Madness commercials for this promo are a waste of money if people can’t add the app and get into it.
