Can't order in app

I've attempted to order through my app (in order to receive offers/free item using points) but it won't allow me to order. First it suggested I change my password but that didn't work. Now it just keeps showing error 0201-500 & asks if I want to retry(which I've done several times now to no avail)

App won’t let me log in. Guess it’s so they don’t have to make good on their agreement for a free burger with purchase because it seems that when that’s the case, there are ‘problems’ with the app. Ah well was going to go to Wendy's but refuse to pay full price for that garbage. Not worth it. Someone needs to sue this company for not being honest. It will be ‘fixed’ I bet you once this free burger with purchase expires. Shame on this company. The app constantly has issues! It routinely is just down.

The map for choosing a restaurant is not interactive can you should be able to move the map around and find other locations. Should be able to tap on a location and have it pop up just the street address. It's useless to see the location name of oats, it's useful to see the address.

When the app updates it logs me out and I have to log back in.

Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. But their app sucks.

Wendy's app rarely works , even when it does the restaurant never seems to actually have the order, has happened to me 3 times now at 3 separate locations.
IF the app takes my order (which is 50/50)....then when I go to pick it up , it's always a big explanation and takes 3 times as long then if I just drove to the restaurant and ordered.

I couldn't get into the app, it just kept scrolling the logos. I saw a post to clear cache and data. I'm now able to login and still have my account info. I logged in using Facebook and the app synched and my rewards are still there. I wish I didn't wait a week before researching my login info. Hope this helps. ????
